The Caribou Fire and Ambulance Department is responsible for the reduction of incidents of fire and medical emergences through Fire Prevention, Control, and Public Education Programs; The delivery of Advanced Medical Life Support and Extrication Services; The response to and control of hazardous materials incidents to the Operations Level; Assist in Large Scale Disasters, assist in Confined Space, and Water Rescue Operations and their related activities all to the level of our training and equipment capabilities; and support of the citizens with non-emergency services, as a secondary activity.
